Spools of fabric measuring over 23,000 meters were stolen from two weaving factories in the city late Thursday night in two separate incidents. According to police officials, ten robbers forced entry into the Babar unit situated in the Ghulam Muhammadabad precincts. The accused held the workers at gun point and stole five cell phones, loaded 3,000 meters of cloth in a motorcycle rickshaw parked near the factory and drove away. In another incident, outlaws stole cell phones and 20,000 meter cloth from a weaving factory, owned by Iftikhar and located near Qadir Abad Chowk.
