Quetta violence: Teacher narrowly escapes bomb attack
Bomb exploded causing damage but no loss of life occurred: official.
QUETTA:
A bomb placed along the wall of a schoolteacher’s residence exploded on Wednesday in a suburb of Quetta, damaging the walls of the house and a car parked inside.
“Unidentified men had planted a bomb beside the wall of a local schoolteacher Tufail Malghani at Sabzal Road. The bomb exploded causing damage but no loss of life occurred”, an official said.
The explosion was powerful enough to smash the windows of nearby houses, causing panic in the vicinity. Soon after the incident, police reached the site and started a search to trace suspects.
