Dengue outbreak: Three more succumb to virus in Lahore
Number of patients rises to 467 in Punjab, with 139 from Lahore alone.

More people continued to fall prey to the dengue virus as at least three people succumbed to the disease in Lahore on Sunday, reported Express 24/7.
Despite government efforts, the virus is spreading across Punjab.
The death toll has now reached 137 in the province, while at least 12 people have died of dengue during the last 24 hours.
According to a report by the Health Department, the number of people affected by the fever has risen to 467 in Punjab during the last 24 hours. Out of this, 139 patients hail from Lahore.
Meanwhile, the Punjab Government decided to distribute 4000 pumping machines on town level. Training will also be given to use them effectively.
A consignment of a medicine to be used in thermal fogging has also reached Pakistan.
