Sharifs' appeal against NAB accepted

The Lahore High Court stopped the National Accountability Bureau from taking any action against the Sharif brothers on Thursday.
LHC gave this order after appeals were filed in the court by the Sharif Brothers against Nab authorities.
The appeals state that after their exile NAB confiscated the business and property documents of the Sharif brothers, and could use the documents against them. It further says that despite the dismissal of cases against them in the Supreme Court, NAB authorities did not return the documents. They requested the court to bar NAB from taking any step until the verdict of the appeals is finalized.
The two member bench of LHC comprising of Justice Ijazul Hasan and Justice Mamun Rashid accepted the appeals for further hearing and issued notices to Nab. The Court asked for the submission of Nabs reply in two weeks.
