The future of Netflix's popular teen drama XO, Kitty remains uncertain, with fans questioning whether the series will return for a fourth season or conclude with a feature-length film.

Despite growing speculation, Netflix has not officially renewed or cancelled the show.

Concern intensified after Anthony Keyvan, who plays Q, responded to fan comments on TikTok with cryptic messages, including: "It's not coming..."

In another reply, he wrote: "I'm going to hold your hand when I say this..."

The comments prompted questions about the show's future but do not constitute official confirmation of its cancellation.

Netflix has yet to announce a decision since Season 3 premiered on April 2, 2026.

In May, Anna Cathcart, who portrays Kitty, told Us Weekly that the cast had not been informed whether another season was planned.

Meanwhile, Deadline reported in July that Paramount Television Studios had extended its options on the series and its cast, keeping the possibility of a continuation open.

Viewership figures also suggest continued audience interest.

According to Netflix's engagement report, Season 3 attracted 12.9 million views in its first week and reached 29.3 million views by 30 June 2026, ranking 16th in the platform's half-year viewing figures.

A fourth season or a concluding film remains possible, although neither has been confirmed.

Season 3 ended with Kitty and Min Ho reconciling before travelling to Portland.

Their story could continue through senior year, graduation and college decisions if Netflix approves another instalment.
