Nato tanker: Bomb Disposal Squad man killed in blast
An official of the BDS was killed while defusing an explosive device attached to a Nato oil tanker in Chaman.

An official of the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was killed while defusing an explosive device attached to a Nato oil tanker in Chaman on Thursday. According to the Balochistan Levies, an oil tanker carrying fuel for Nato forces stationed in Afghanistan had reached Chaman when passers-by spotted an explosive device attached to the tanker. The Bomb Disposal Squad was called in to deactivate the device. Unfortunately, the device went off when an official, Manzoor Elahi, was trying to defuse it. He was killed on the spot after receiving multiple splinter wounds. However, the tanker remained undamaged in the explosion.
