'Nobody Wants This' season 3 shocks fans as Joanne and Noah get married

'Nobody Wants This season' 3 sees Joanne and Noah get engaged and marry in a surprise beach ceremony on the beach

Nobody Wants This season 3 takes Joanne and Noah’s relationship to a new level, with the couple getting engaged and married in the latest instalment of the Netflix romantic comedy series.

Starring Kristen Bell as Joanne and Adam Brody as Noah, the third season premiered on Netflix on October 22, 2026. The new episodes follow the couple as they navigate their relationship, beginning with the decision to move in together before making two major commitments.

In episode four, Noah plans a surprise proposal for Joanne by arranging a fake friend’s wedding in Napa. Despite several mishaps during their trip, the plan eventually succeeds when Noah gets down on one knee and asks Joanne to marry him.

“You are not what I saw coming, because I never realized how good I could have it,” Noah tells her. He adds that meeting Joanne has changed him and that he wants to spend his life with her.

Joanne accepts the proposal, with the arrival of her sister Morgan, played by Justine Lupe, and Noah’s brother Sasha, played by Timothy Simons, adding to the moment.

The couple’s wedding takes place in episode 10, following Joanne’s conversion to Judaism. Noah is moved by the occasion and decides to marry her in an impromptu beach ceremony with Rabbi Eden, portrayed by Sarah Silverman, officiating.

Although Noah makes the decision without discussing it with Joanne beforehand, she agrees to go ahead with the ceremony. Noah also finds a stranger on the beach to serve as their witness.

Joanne reflects on how their past experiences and failed dates ultimately led them to one another, while Noah tells her he had been waiting for her.

The season finale ends as Rabbi Eden begins the marriage ceremony, with the couple’s families still unaware of what is happening at the beach house.
