A deeper connection to Madinah: Knowledge Economic City makes its Pakistan debut at the Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Expo

Knowledge Economic City (KEC) will participate in the Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Expo (SPREX) for the first time, bringing its vision for life in Madinah to Lahore from 21–23 October 2026 at Lake City Golf Club.

For many Pakistani families, Madinah holds a special place in the heart a city of faith, tranquillity and belonging. KEC’s participation builds on strong interest already received from Pakistani prospective buyers and investors, reflecting both this enduring emotional connection and an appetite to explore opportunities in the city.

At the exhibition, KEC will present its full masterplan, bringing together residential communities, hospitality, shopping, dining, leisure and commercial opportunities within an integrated lifestyle destination. Its residential showcase will centre on Al Alyaa, introducing contemporary community living rooted in Madinah’s distinctive identity.

Ahead of the exhibition, KEC will host a dedicated media gathering in Lahore on 20 October, introducing journalists to its masterplan, Al Alyaa and its wider vision. Guests will be welcomed with dates from Madinah, reflecting the city’s tradition of warm hospitality.

Throughout SPREX, visitors can meet KEC representatives, view project presentations and discuss development progress, available opportunities and requirements applicable to prospective purchasers.
