Taylor Swift brought elegance and music to the Academy Museum Gala 2026 in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 17, wearing a pale blue Dior gown before delivering a special performance at the prestigious event.

The 14-time Grammy winner arrived on the red carpet in a strapless, pale blue pleated silk dress featuring a beaded bow.

She completed the look with Chopard diamond jewellery and Aquazzura shoes, while her softly curled hair and pale pink lipstick added to the ensemble.

Swift also took to the stage, performing "The Fate of Ophelia" from The Life of a Showgirl for the first time with acoustic accompaniment.

Wearing a sequined cobalt blue dress, she also performed some of her old hits "Love Story" and "Blank Space" as well as her recent release from the Toy Story 5 soundtrack, "I Knew It, I Knew You".

Several celebrities attended the gala, with Rosé, Connor Storrie, Jessica Alba and Charlize Theron among those seen enjoying the performances and singing along.

The sixth annual Academy Museum Gala celebrates achievements in cinema while raising funds for the institution's exhibitions, educational programmes and public screenings.

This year's event honours filmmaker and composer John Carpenter, two-time Oscar nominee Colman Domingo and Theron.

Amy Homma, Director and President of the Academy Museum and Academy Collection, previously praised Swift's global influence, stating, "Taylor is an extraordinary talent whose work resonates around the world."
