Sindh Senior Minister Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has said an investment conference in the Chinese city of Shanghai will showcase the province's economic potential and open new avenues for Chinese investment, industrial development and employment generation.

He said the province offered considerable potential in natural resources, energy, agriculture, minerals, transport, infrastructure and industrial development, adding that Chinese investment in these sectors could expand productive capacity and accelerate economic activity. Sharjeel said the investment would help establish new industries, expand existing industrial units, create jobs and support local businesses.
He added that partnerships with Chinese companies could also facilitate the transfer of modern technology, industrial expertise, advanced production methods and international business experience to Sindh.
The minister highlighted the potential for Chinese partnerships in developing Thar's natural resources, industrial zones and trade links, saying stronger business ties could support the province's industrial and economic growth.
