ATC rejects bail plea of outlawed TLP's leader

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday dismissed bail applications filed by proscribed Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan leader Allama Farooqul Hassan in three cases involving allegations of murder, violence against police and arson.

ATC Judge Shahid Sikandar announced the verdicts after hearing arguments on bail applications filed by the accused in six cases registered in 2025.

The court rejected his bail pleas in case No 3271/25 registered at Nawan Kot police station, case No 3285/25 at the same police station, and case No. 4980/25 registered at Shahdara police station.
