Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, businessman John Miller, is reportedly uncomfortable with the possibility of the actress working with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, on a future film, according to RadarOnline.

Garner and Affleck, who share three children, divorced nearly a decade ago but have maintained a connection as co-parents. Garner and Miller have been dating on and off since 2018.

The report follows Affleck’s recent comments expressing interest in working with Garner again. Although he previously abandoned plans to cast her as his wife in his Netflix film Animals, he has indicated that he would like to find another project to do with her.

A source told RadarOnline, “John has always understood that Ben will be part of Jennifer's life because they have three children together. But there's a considerable difference between accepting that arrangement and watching Ben publicly discuss how much he wants to work with her again, and it is enraging him.”

The source added that the prospect of the former couple spending months together on a film set, potentially playing romantic partners, could make Miller uncomfortable.

However, there are currently no confirmed plans for Affleck and Garner to star in a film together. Affleck has not specified whether a potential collaboration would involve romantic roles.

Another insider said Affleck respects Garner as an actress and believes their professional history and friendship make another collaboration possible.

The report also suggested that a reunion could attract significant media attention because of their previous marriage and shared family life.

A Hollywood insider claimed that publicity surrounding the pair playing husband and wife could bring renewed scrutiny to their personal histories.
