Drake and SZA are reportedly among the leading candidates to headline Coachella, according to a new report.
The report follows earlier speculation from Hits Daily Double that Drake was being considered for the California festival.
A subsequent report from the outlet said BTS had initially been lined up as a potential headliner but later backed out of negotiations.
Drake is now reportedly one of the leading options, with SZA and Radiohead also being considered for headline positions.
A Coachella appearance could fit into Drake’s plans for 2027, as the rapper previously confirmed that he would be embarking on a world tour in support of ICEMAN.
The festival’s April dates could potentially align with that schedule.
Drake has headlined major events outside the United States in recent years, including Wireless in the UK, but has been less active as a US festival headliner.
SZA is also being considered, although it remains unclear whether she has new music planned.
The singer remains one of R&B’s major crossover artists and has an extensive catalogue that could support a headline performance.
Radiohead is another reported option, with their alternative rock catalogue potentially fitting the festival’s established programming.
No official announcement has been made, meaning the reported lineup remains subject to change. Fans will have to wait for Coachella organisers to confirm the headline acts.
