Kim Kardashian needed five years to heal before Lewis Hamilton romance
Kim Kardashian says she spent five years single after Kanye West divorce before finding romance with Lewis Hamilton

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she spent five years single following her divorce from Ye, saying she needed time to heal and focus on herself before entering another serious relationship.
The reality star, 45, discussed her approach to dating in an interview with The Sunday Times, explaining that she did not feel pressure to find a new partner after her marriage ended.
"I was really single for five years. And that felt great," Kardashian said. "I could focus on my kids and projects that I really wanted to be involved with. I really felt no rush. Like, I really didn't feel empty."
Kardashian filed for divorce from Ye in February 2021 after several years of marriage. The former couple share four children: North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven.
During the years following the divorce, Kardashian largely focused on her family and career. She briefly dated comedian Pete Davidson, but otherwise remained away from serious relationships.
"I felt like I needed my time. I wanted to completely heal and just work on myself. I wasn't ready to open up. I really wasn't even thinking about it. The universe works in your favour when you just allow it to."
Kardashian has since entered a relationship with Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton. The pair have known each other since at least 2014, with reports that their friendship became romantic earlier in 2026.
Their relationship became more public as Kardashian supported Hamilton at the Monaco Grand Prix on June 7. Following the race, Hamilton spoke about having her support during a press conference.
"It's amazing to have her come this weekend and have the support," Hamilton said. "But, you know, with my friends, incredible turnout, just overall, the people."
"It's amazing to have good people around you and good people supporting you and she does that for me every day," he added.
