Chris Harrison returns to reality TV with 'The Vow', a new Fox Nation dating show premiering November 11 with 10 women

Chris Harrison is returning to reality television with The Vow, a new dating show set to premiere on Fox Nation in November.

The former Bachelor host will front the six-episode series, which debuts on November 11. New episodes will be released weekly, with the finale scheduled for December 9.

The Vow follows 30-year-old Jace Cates, an eligible bachelor who meets 10 women as he searches for a relationship that could lead to marriage. According to the series description, the show will focus on shared values, faith, communication and long-term goals rather than short-term connections.

The dating series also features appearances from Sean and Catherine Lowe, whose relationship began on The Bachelor season 17 in 2013. The couple married after meeting on the ABC reality series and have since become one of the franchise’s established couples.

Several former Bachelor franchise figures are also involved behind the scenes. Louis Caric serves as executive producer, while Elan Gale is a consulting producer and Lindsay Liles is the casting director. Michael Shea directs the series. Harrison’s wife, Lauren Zima, is also an executive producer alongside Lionsgate Alternative Television executives Nicholas Caprio and Tom Huffman.

Harrison hosted The Bachelor and its various spinoffs from the franchise’s launch in 2002 until his departure in 2021. He stepped away following controversy over comments he made while discussing former contestant Rachael Kirkconnell and subsequently negotiated his exit from the franchise.

With The Vow, Harrison returns to the dating-show format with a series focused on long-term relationships and marriage. Fox Nation has positioned the show as a different approach to modern dating, centred on commitment and lasting connections.
