Hudson Williams shows off bigger biceps ahead of 'Heated Rivalry' season 2

Hudson Williams has fans talking about his latest physical transformation as he prepares to return as Shane Hollander in Heated Rivalry season 2.

A new video giving fans a closer look at Williams’ physique has sparked plenty of attention online, with viewers particularly noticing that his biceps appear significantly bigger than they did during the first season of the hit hockey romance series.

The footage comes from a vlog filmed backstage at DJ John Summit’s set at Cavo Paradiso in Mykonos, Greece, where Williams made a surprise appearance in July 2026. The actor was seen behind the DJ booth wearing a black tank top and sunglasses, giving fans a glimpse of his more muscular build.

According to Out, Williams appears to have been spending plenty of time in the gym ahead of filming season 2. Fans have been quick to compare his current physique with his appearance in the first season, while longtime followers have also noticed his transformation over the past several months.

Williams has previously been open about the physical preparation required for Heated Rivalry. Before filming the first season, he underwent significant changes to his diet and workout routine and gained 10 pounds of lean muscle to portray professional hockey player Shane.

His fitness journey has continued beyond the series. Williams recently appeared in a Peloton campaign that went viral on social media, where he spoke about the benefits of exercise.

“Letting yourself go is a great thing that fitness can do to your life,” Williams said in the campaign. “Movement is the quickest way to get out of sticky feelings.”

Williams is not the only Heated Rivalry star to debut a new look ahead of the second season. His co-star Connor Storrie, who plays Ilya Rozanov, has also showcased a changed appearance as production gets underway.

Heated Rivalry season 2 is currently in production in Canada and is scheduled to premiere in April 2027.
