Lily Allen’s awkward adult site confession sparks tension with boyfriend
Lily Allen’s romance with Jonah Freud reportedly faced tension after an awkward confession about an adult website

Lily Allen’s relationship with writer and artist Jonah Freud reportedly faced a brief period of tension following an awkward incident involving an adult website, according to RadarOnline.
The report comes after Allen spoke candidly about her changing views on adult content during an interview with Perfect Magazine. The singer also recalled an attempted backstage prank involving her phone and a Bluetooth speaker, which she said was unsuccessful because internet restrictions prevented her from accessing certain websites.
Allen later described an uncomfortable moment when Freud saw the website in her phone’s search history. She said she tried to explain the situation, but acknowledged that her explanation did not sound entirely convincing.
According to RadarOnline, the incident reportedly created temporary tension between the couple. The outlet cited a source who claimed Freud struggled to believe Allen’s explanation and that the situation briefly put pressure on their relatively new relationship.
There is no indication that the incident resulted in a breakup.
Allen, 41, publicly acknowledged her relationship with Freud in February 2026. During an interview, she was asked who she had most recently texted and simply identified the person as her boyfriend without sharing further details.
Freud, 28, is a London-based writer and artist who founded the cultural venue Reference Point. He is also a descendant of renowned psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud.
Allen began dating Freud after her marriage to Stranger Things actor David Harbour ended. The former couple met through the dating app Raya, married in 2020 and later separated.
Since the split, Allen has spoken openly about relationships, heartbreak and her personal experiences while continuing her career in music.
