Police impounded an arms-laden vehicle and arrested a smuggler in Peshawar, Express 24/7 reported on Wednesday.
Police recovered the arms and ammunition from a car after receiving reports about a vehicle carrying illegal arms will enter Peshawar through Bara.
Acting on the tip-off, the police installed pickets at the Ring Road and arrested a smuggler during verification process.
The police confiscated arms including 15 Kalashnikov, 15 pistols, detonator and six rifles from the car.
The smuggler is shifted to an undisclosed location.
