The cast of HBO’s hit series The White Lotus has taken a break from filming season 4 in France with a visit to Disneyland Paris.

Cast members Laura Dern, AJ Michalka and Marissa Long were spotted enjoying the theme park while production continues on the highly anticipated new season.

The actors were seen posing with a Minnie Mouse mascot near Disneyland Paris’ famous Sleeping Beauty Castle. The outing comes as the White Lotus season 4 cast films across France, with the upcoming HBO drama moving its setting to the French Riviera.

Production on season 4 began earlier this year, with filming taking place in Paris at locations including the luxury Hôtel Lutetia and Bry-sur-Marne studios. The cast is also expected to return to the French Riviera for additional scenes at the Hôtel Martinez, in Monaco and other locations.

The new season of Mike White’s award-winning anthology series will explore the world of luxury filmmaking, following two rival movie teams competing for a major prize at the Cannes Film Festival. The fictional White Lotus resort will be represented by locations including Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez and Hôtel Martinez in Cannes.

Season 4 features an expanded cast including Laura Dern, AJ Michalka, Marissa Long, Ben Kingsley, Max Greenfield and Vincent Cassel. Dern reportedly replaced Helena Bonham Carter early in production and is rumoured to portray a former star seeking a career comeback.

While Disneyland Paris is unlikely to appear in the HBO series due to its connection with a rival entertainment company, the cast’s visit offered a real-life luxury resort experience similar to the world portrayed in The White Lotus.

The upcoming season follows the success of previous installments set in Hawaii, Sicily and Thailand, with fans eagerly awaiting the return of HBO’s dark comedy drama.
