'Lioness' season 3: Full episode list, release dates and major story details revealed

Lioness season 3 has officially arrived, bringing back Zoe Saldaña as CIA operative Joe McNamara for another high-stakes mission.
The Taylor Sheridan-created spy thriller premiered on Paramount+ on Sunday, August 2, with new episodes scheduled to release weekly.
The third season features eight episodes, following the same episode count as previous instalments. The Lioness season 3 finale is set to air on September 20, with each episode debuting at 3 a.m. ET on Paramount+.
Season 3 continues Joe’s journey as she struggles to balance her dangerous CIA responsibilities with her personal life and family. According to the official synopsis, the new episodes will explore hidden networks, foreign operatives and personal betrayals as Joe faces threats that begin affecting every part of her world.
Saldaña previously teased that the latest season will focus on Joe being caught between her duty and her relationship with husband Neal McNamara, played by Dave Annable. The actress explained that the character faces a major crossroads as she attempts to protect both her country and her family.
The Lioness season 3 episode release schedule includes Episode 1, “The Spider and The Fly,” on August 2, followed by weekly releases through September. Other episode titles include “No Sorrow Like the Survivor,” “The Bear Is Infected,” “Murder Hornets,” “The Idiot Army” and “Sugar Land.” The final episode, titled “The Unravelling,” will premiere on September 20.
Alongside Saldaña, the cast includes Nicole Kidman as Kaitlyn Meade, Michael Kelly as Byron Westfield and Morgan Freeman as Edwin Mullins.
Fans can watch Lioness season 3 exclusively on Paramount+, with new episodes arriving every Sunday.
