South Korean action thriller Agent Kim Reactivated has become one of Netflix's most-watched television series worldwide, climbing to No. 4 on the platform's global rankings, according to FlixPatrol.

The series has also reached the No. 1 position in several countries, including Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.

It currently trails Elite Force, My Daughter's Father and I Will Find You in the worldwide rankings.

Originally broadcast on SBS TV in South Korea, Agent Kim Reactivated debuted on Netflix on June 26. The final two episodes were released on July 24 and 25.

While the series has only two verified critic reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, it has earned a 91% audience score on the review platform.

Written by Nam Dae-joong and directed by Yi Seung-young and Lee So-eun, the drama stars So Ji-sub as Kim Do-hyeon, better known as Mr. Kim.

Based on the South Korean digital comic Manager Kim, the series follows a former North-South Korean covert operative who has left his past behind to work at a bank and raise his teenage daughter as a single father.

When his daughter Min-ji is kidnapped, Kim is forced back into action. His search leads him to cross paths with the National Special Missions Bureau and two other former operatives, who join him in the rescue mission.

The series has received a positive response from viewers. Fans have described it as a "fantastic mix of thriller/action and comedy" with "great action sequences."
