Production on Disney's live-action Tangled is continuing in Spain, with newly surfaced set videos offering the clearest unofficial look yet at Teagan Croft as Rapunzel.

The footage, shared online by fan accounts provides an early glimpse of the actor in costume as filming progresses on the highly anticipated remake.

The upcoming musical adventure is based on Walt Disney Animation Studios' 2010 animated film, itself inspired by the Brothers Grimm fairy tale Rapunzel.

Development of the live-action adaptation faced uncertainty following the box office performance of Disney's 2025 Snow White, but the project regained momentum after Teagan Croft and Milo Manheim were cast as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider earlier this year.

The 15-second set video shows Croft walking through the kingdom of Corona in a pink gown closely resembling Rapunzel's iconic dress from the animated film.

The footage also offers the first clear look at the character's signature long blonde braid, recreated with extensive hair extensions to match the original design.

Additional videos from the set capture bustling market scenes filled with extras, suggesting the production is filming one of the story's larger musical sequences.

Another clip appears to recreate the memorable moment in which children from the kingdom braid Rapunzel's hair, one of the best-known scenes from the 2010 film.

The latest images suggest the hairstyle was likely a practical production decision, with the long braided look achieved using a detailed wig.

Filming remains underway and is expected to continue for several months. Disney has not announced an official release date for the live-action Tangled.

The cast also includes Kathryn Hahn as Mother Gothel, alongside Diego Luna and Patrick and Hugo McPherson.
