Orlando Bloom goes public with Luisa Laemmel romance after Katy Perry split

Orlando Bloom has confirmed his new romance with Swiss model Luisa Laemmel, one year after ending his engagement with singer Katy Perry.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor was recently spotted enjoying a romantic outing with Laemmel in Italy, marking his first public relationship since his split from Perry.

Bloom and Laemmel were photographed together during a casual walk in Forte dei Marmi on July 26. The actor kept a low profile in a white T-shirt, black cargo shorts, sunglasses and a baseball cap, while Laemmel wore a black-and-white polka dot skirt and black top. The pair appeared affectionate as they held hands while walking through the Italian seaside town.

The outing follows months of romance speculation after Bloom and Laemmel were seen together leaving Super Bowl 2026 at Levi’s Stadium in California. Their latest appearance appears to confirm their relationship after the actor’s nearly decade-long romance with Katy Perry came to an end.

Bloom and Perry called off their engagement in 2025 after being together for almost 10 years. The former couple share a daughter, Daisy Dove, and have continued to maintain a positive co-parenting relationship. Bloom also has a son, Flynn, with former wife Miranda Kerr.

Following the breakup, Bloom said he remained grateful for his relationship with Perry, describing their connection as filled with love and appreciation.

Meanwhile, Perry has also moved on and has been linked to former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The singer recently shared that she feels happy and supported in her new relationship.
