50 Cent mocks Diddy following reports of prison solitary confinement

50 Cent has publicly mocked Sean “Diddy” Combs following reports that the music executive was placed in solitary confinement after an alleged altercation at a federal prison.

50 Cent made the remarks while performing at LIV Beach in Las Vegas, where he referenced reports concerning Combs’ reported placement in the Special Housing Unit at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

Addressing the audience, the rapper said, “You could’ve been anywhere, you picked being here. Thank you. You coulda been in Fort Dix with Puffy in the box.”

The comments quickly circulated on social media, adding to the long-running public feud between the two hip-hop figures.

Joke followed a report from TMZ alleging that Combs was involved in a physical altercation with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix.

The report claims the confrontation began after another inmate insulted Combs before the exchange escalated into a fight. Sources cited by TMZ reportedly said Combs “held his own” before prison staff intervened.

The report also stated that a spokesperson for the prison declined to comment on the alleged incident or confirm whether Combs had been placed in the Special Housing Unit, citing federal policy that prevents officials from discussing individual inmates.

Combs is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the Mann Act.
