‘Off Campus’ season 2 sets April 2027 premiere date as Dean and Allie take centre stage

'Off Campus' is returning for its second season on April 28, 2027, with Prime Video confirming the premiere date

Off Campus is officially returning for its second season on April 28, 2027, with Prime Video confirming the premiere date for the romantic drama based on Elle Kennedy’s bestselling book series.

The announcement was made on November 5, with stars Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn sharing the news in a promotional video. The upcoming season will shift its focus to their characters, Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis, whose complicated relationship will become the central romance.

The first season followed Briar University student Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) and hockey star Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli), whose fake relationship gradually developed into something more serious. Although their story will no longer be the main focus, both actors are returning for Season 2 and will remain part of the ensemble.

The second season draws inspiration from The Score, the third novel in Kennedy’s Off-Campus series. It follows Allie and Dean as they navigate their growing attraction and the complications that come with their very different approaches to relationships. Dean initially has a reputation as a womaniser, while Allie is reluctant to become emotionally involved with him.

Their storyline was already introduced in the first season, including Allie's attempts to keep their relationship casual. The season finale also set up further complications after Dean discovered that Allie had slept with Hunter Davenport (Charlie Evans), someone he strongly dislikes.

Alongside Abdalla, Kalyn, Bright and Cameli, the returning cast includes Antonio Cipriano, Jalen Thomas Brooks and India Fowler. Julia Sarah-Stone, Khobe Clarke, Miles Gutierrez-Riley and Phillipa Soo will appear in recurring roles, while Charlie Evans and Shay Rudolph are set to guest star. Rudolph will play Summer Di Laurentis, Dean's sister.

Created by Louisa Levy, Off Campus follows the elite ice hockey team at Briar University and the friendships and romantic relationships surrounding its players. Levy serves as co-showrunner and executive producer alongside Gina Fattore.

The series has become a major title for Prime Video. According to the streamer, its first season reached 36 million viewers worldwide during its first 12 days, making it the platform's third most-watched debut season at the time.

All episodes of Season 1 are currently available on Prime Video. Season 2 will premiere on April 28, 2027, in more than 240 countries and territories.
