Brad Pitt youngest child, Vivienne Jolie, files to drop surname following siblings
Vivienne Jolie has filed to legally remove Brad Pitt from her surname, following similar moves by several siblings

Vivienne Jolie, the youngest daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has filed a petition to legally remove "Pitt" from her surname, becoming the latest of the former couple's children to take the step.
The 18-year-old, who celebrated her birthday on July 12, has asked the Los Angeles County Superior Court to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.
According to court documents, the reason for the request is listed as "personal". A hearing on the petition is scheduled for November 2.
Vivienne previously signalled the change in 2024 when she was credited as "Vivienne Jolie" in the playbill for the Broadway production of *The Outsiders*, which Angelina Jolie produced.
She follows several of her siblings in making similar changes. Shiloh was the first to legally remove "Pitt" from her surname.
Zahara and Maddox are also reportedly pursuing legal name changes, with court hearings scheduled for later this year.
The former couple's youngest son, Knox, has not filed legal paperwork but reportedly used the name "Knox Jolie" on his high school diploma when graduating in June.
Brad Pitt has not been photographed publicly with any of his six children since 2016, following his separation from Angelina Jolie.
The pair, who were together from 2005 until 2016, spent years involved in legal proceedings over custody arrangements and their French winery, Château Miraval.
In a recent interview, Angelina Jolie reflected on how her daughters have influenced her as they have grown older.
"I'm discovering something now that my daughters are older," she said. "They're talking to me as young women, and I'm seeing what I want for them. I'm seeing what I don't want them to lose and what I want them to hold on to. And it's kind of reminding me what I may have lost."
She added, "I think in some way they're bringing me back to my old self."
