Jade Thirlwall and Jordan Stephens have reportedly ended their relationship after six years together, with the pair said to have separated earlier this year despite remaining on good terms.
The former couple, who shared homes in London and Margate, Kent, have removed photographs of each other from their Instagram accounts, although they continue to follow one another on the platform.
The UK Sun, claims the split followed discussions about their future. A source told the publication, "Jade and Jordan had a very serious and loving relationship but recently they have had some frank discussions about their future and have decided to separate."
The source added, "It's not been an easy time but they've both been throwing themselves into work."
They also said, "Their friends adore them as a couple and are really hoping they get back together but it's still very raw at the moment."
The couple, who began dating during the Covid-19 lockdown after meeting through a series of Zoom dates, were last seen together publicly at the Brit Awards in February.
They also did not mark their sixth anniversary with a social media post, unlike previous years.
In a June interview with The Fader, Thirlwall hinted that personal experiences had influenced her songwriting while working on new music.
She said, "I'm just writing stuff. Whatever I'm going through at the minute, like privately, I'm sort of putting pen to paper."
She added, "I think this is the exciting phase or the experimental phase, where you don't know what it's going to be yet."
Stephens, one half of Rizzle Kicks, previously collaborated with Thirlwall on her debut solo album, That's Showbiz Baby!, contributing backing vocals and songwriting alongside the Little Mix star.
