Is Stefon Diggs’ legal battle getting more intense after Cardi B’s response?
Stefon Diggs’ accuser responds to Cardi B’s comments as both civil lawsuits continue through the courts

Christopher Griffith, who has accused NFL star Stefon Diggs of sexual assault in a civil legal dispute, has responded publicly after Cardi B criticised him in recent comments related to the ongoing case.
According to TMZ, Griffith said he remains confident that the legal process will support his claims, adding that he believes “the truth will shine bright” when the matter is heard in court. His comments came after Cardi B made personal remarks about him while discussing the lawsuit involving Diggs.
The legal dispute stems from allegations made by Griffith concerning an incident that he claims occurred at Diggs’ Maryland home in May 2023. Griffith alleges he was assaulted after rejecting what he described as sexual advances from the NFL player and claims members of Diggs’ family were involved in the incident.
Diggs has denied the allegations. The football star previously filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith, alleging that the accusations were fabricated and had damaged his reputation. Griffith has denied making false claims and has filed a countersuit, maintaining that his allegations are truthful.
The exchange has drawn increased public attention following Cardi B’s recent defence of Diggs, during which she criticised Griffith and questioned the consistency of his account. Griffith responded by saying personal attacks would not affect the outcome of the legal proceedings and reiterated that he intends to pursue the case through the courts.
The civil lawsuits remain ongoing, and no court has reached findings regarding the allegations. Both parties continue to maintain their respective positions as the legal process moves forward.
