Funko has expanded its Pop! collection with a new figure inspired by Christopher Nolan's latest film, The Odyssey, as the historical epic continues its strong theatrical run.

The new collectible is based on Matt Damon's portrayal of Odysseus, the central character in the film, which has reportedly earned $124.5 million at the domestic box office during its opening weekend.

According to Variety, the release marks Nolan's biggest debut since The Dark Knight Rises and the third-largest opening of the year.

Funko announced the new figure on Instagram, giving fans a first look at the latest addition to its growing line of film-inspired collectibles.

The response on social media was largely enthusiastic, with fans leaving comments including, "I NEED THIS" and "preordered👏."

Others used the opportunity to request additional figures based on other characters from The Odyssey, while some asked the company to expand collections from different franchises.

One user commented, "We need Agamemnon with the black armour, that'd be so cool!" while another wrote, "Funko Pop, where are the new House of the Dragon Season 3 Funko Pops? We're waiting!"

According to Forbes, the Odysseus Pop! stands five inches tall, making it slightly larger than a standard Funko Pop! figure. The additional height comes from the plume on the warrior's helmet.
