SeanDoesMagic marries Kayla-Rose Gibson in fairy-tale three-day Bali wedding
"We are so happy to have our 'fairy-tale ending' to our love story!" the couple has said

Social media star and magician Sean Sotaridona, better known to millions of fans as SeanDoesMagic, has married fellow content creator Kayla-Rose Gibson in a lavish three-day wedding celebration in Bali, Indonesia.
The couple tied the knot on 14 July at AYANA Resort, where around 150 guests from across the globe gathered for what they described as a "joyful, beautiful, and uniquely perfect" celebration.
"We have never dreamed to have a wedding this spectacular or beautiful as it is, and we are so happy to have our 'fairy-tale ending' to our love story!" the newlyweds told People.
The festivities began with a welcome dinner at AYANA's private KISIK Pier before the ceremony took place at the resort's SKY amphitheatre overlooking the ocean. The celebrations concluded with a nightclub-themed reception followed by a recovery pool party the next day.
Inspired by a theme of "timeless modern elegance," the wedding featured an ivory, champagne, natural oak and soft green colour palette, with guests travelling from Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. The occasion also marked the first meeting between Sotaridona's extended Filipino family and Gibson's Australian and New Zealand relatives.
"We wanted to pick a beautiful destination wedding that was at the centre point of it all," Sotaridona said. "Bali felt like the perfect place for our families and friends to come together."
The location also held special meaning for the couple, who previously spent time there during periods of long-distance dating.
"Bali holds a special place in our relationship," they explained. "We spent time here together during periods when we were long-distance, so being able to get married here makes it feel like our story has come full circle."
Their love story began in February 2022 after Sotaridona's sister, Kim-Zaira, introduced them. The pair became engaged in November 2024 during a sunset proposal on the beach in Oahu, Hawaii. In a fitting full-circle moment, Kim-Zaira also officiated their wedding ceremony.
For the ceremony, violinists performed Stephen Sanchez's Until I Found You as Gibson walked down the aisle wearing a strapless lace Galia Lahav gown with a cathedral-length train. The couple exchanged handwritten vows before sealing the moment with a kiss as colourful smoke fireworks filled the sky behind them.
The celebrations continued with a four-course reception dinner before the newlyweds changed into a second set of outfits. Gibson wore a Rosie Etienne mini dress, while Sotaridona opted for a pearl-adorned white shirt. They also surprised guests with a choreographed first dance to Jack Johnson's Better Together and Stevie Wonder's Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours) after spending five weeks rehearsing the routine.
Looking ahead, the newlyweds said they hope to honeymoon in Italy before focusing on their careers and eventually starting a family.
"Kayla's true dream in life is to become a mother," Sotaridona said. "If we're blessed enough, that next step is not too far around the corner."
