Country singer RaeLynn and her husband, Joshua Davis, are ending their marriage after more than 10 years together, with the singer confirming she has filed for divorce.

According to court documents, RaeLynn filed for divorce in Nashville on June 8, citing irreconcilable differences. She is also seeking to be named the primary residential parent of the couple's daughter, Daisy Rae.

The The Voice alum addressed the split in a statement shared on social media, describing the decision as one made after "much thought and prayer." She said the divorce had not been easy and emphasized that her priority is ensuring her daughter has the love, stability and support she needs as the family moves forward. RaeLynn and Davis first met at church in 2012 before reconnecting at a mutual friend's wedding. They married in 2015 and welcomed their daughter in 2021. Throughout their relationship, RaeLynn often spoke about Davis' support for her career, including during his service in the U.S. Army and as she balanced motherhood with returning to music.

The singer has also been candid about how her parents' divorce shaped her outlook on marriage. Her hit song Love Triangle was inspired by her childhood experiences, and in past interviews she said those experiences made her determined to build a lasting family of her own.

Neither RaeLynn nor Joshua Davis has publicly shared any additional details about what led to their split beyond citing irreconcilable differences in the divorce filing.
