He later underwent CAR T-cell therapy after chemotherapy became less effective and continued working throughout his illness.

Best known for playing Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park franchise, Neill also earned acclaim for performances in The Piano, Dead Calm, Peaky Blinders, The Twelve, and numerous film and television projects spanning more than five decades.
