The countdown to the Love Island USA Season 8 finale is under way, with the final four couples confirmed following the latest public vote.

Four couples remain in the villa after two pairings were eliminated ahead of Sunday's final episode.

The finalists were revealed during the Friday, July 10 episode after viewers voted for their favourite couples.

During a villa gathering, the islanders opened fortune cookies one by one to discover whether they had secured a place in the final.

The four couples competing to win Love Island USA Season 8 are Aniya Harvey and Carl Schmidt, Trinity Tatum and Bryce Dettloff, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea, and Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou.

The vote saw Kenzie Annis and Dylan Wrona eliminated from the competition, while KC Chandler and Tierra Davis also left the villa.

The finalists were confirmed one episode after the annual Family Day, when contestants were reunited with relatives in Fiji.

The emotional episode included heartfelt conversations, with some families offering support while others challenged contestants about their behaviour and relationships during the series.

The winning couple will be chosen after weeks of recouplings, Casa Amor twists, public votes and eliminations that have shaped one of the season's most closely followed finales.

The Love Island USA Season 8 finale will stream on Sunday, July 12, at 9pm ET exclusively on Peacock.
