Donna Kelce sums up Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding in one word

Donna Kelce has shared her first public comments about her son Travis Kelce's wedding to Taylor Swift, describing the couple's star-studded celebration in just one word: "Magical."
The mother of the groom was attending Macy's 50th Fourth of July Celebration in New York when she was asked about the couple's lavish wedding at Madison Square Garden on July 3. While she kept details of the private ceremony under wraps, Donna smiled as she reflected on the occasion, simply calling it "magical."
When asked if there was a particular moment from the wedding that stood out, Donna politely declined to reveal more, respecting the newlyweds' privacy. Instead, she spoke about her family's long-standing Fourth of July traditions, recalling fond memories of celebrating the holiday with her sons, Travis and Jason Kelce, while they were growing up.
Swift and Kelce exchanged vows in a ceremony officiated by actor Adam Sandler. Rather than having traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen, Swift's brother Austin served as her "Man of Honour," while Travis's brother Jason Kelce stood beside him as Best Man. The couple also wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, with Swift completing her bridal look in Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery.
The reception featured performances from music legends including Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks, while guests included family members alongside a host of celebrities from the worlds of music, film, television and sport. Despite taking place inside Madison Square Garden, attendees described the event as surprisingly intimate and personal.
Donna has been one of the couple's biggest supporters since Swift and Kelce began dating in 2023, often speaking warmly about the singer during interviews. Although she chose not to reveal any behind-the-scenes details from the wedding, her one-word description offered a glimpse into what those closest to the couple felt about one of the year's biggest celebrity celebrations.
