Disney has released the first 'Camp Rock 3' teaser, revealing new cast members and an August premiere date

Disney has released the first teaser trailer for Camp Rock 3, offering fans an early look at the next chapter of the popular musical franchise while confirming the film's release dates for Disney Channel and Disney+.
The new movie will premiere on 13 August on Disney Channel before arriving on Disney+ the following day. Camp Rock 3 brings back the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato as executive producers, with Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas also reprising their roles as members of the fictional band Connect 3.
The story follows the Gray brothers as they return to Camp Rock after losing the opening act for their upcoming reunion tour. According to Disney's official synopsis, aspiring campers compete for the chance to perform alongside Connect 3, leading to rivalries, friendships, unexpected alliances and new romances.
The teaser introduces a new generation of Camp Rock performers, including Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts and Ava Jean. Sherry Cola also joins the cast, while Maria Canals-Barrera returns as Connie, the mother of Demi Lovato's original character, Mitchie Torres.
The preview also features the film's first original song, "One Beat Away," which has been released on streaming platforms ahead of the movie's debut.
Camp Rock 3 is directed by Veronica Rodriguez from a screenplay by Eydie Faye and is produced by Disney Kids & Family. Choreography is handled by Jamal Sims, while Tim Federle, Betsy Sullenger, Spencer Berman and Gary Marsh join Lovato and the Jonas Brothers as executive producers.
The release marks the long-awaited return of one of Disney's most recognisable musical franchises, introducing a fresh cast while reconnecting audiences with familiar characters from the original films.
