Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly transforming Madison Square Garden into a castle-themed venue ahead of their expected wedding on July 3, according to Page Six.
Preparations have been underway inside the iconic New York arena, with workers seen unloading decorative materials believed to be part of an elaborate fairytale-inspired set.
During the delivery process, a black protective covering reportedly slipped, revealing two white bannisters that appeared to form part of a grand staircase.
Large shipping crates thought to contain artificial trees and greenery were also delivered to the venue, while fabric has reportedly been suspended from the ceiling and flooring installed throughout the arena. TMZ reported that the castle structure is expected to be built within a garden setting.
The reported wedding theme is believed to reference the couple's August 2025 engagement, when the Kansas City Chiefs star is said to have proposed to Swift in a garden decorated with white and pink flowers.
The castle motif also reflects imagery associated with the singer's Fearless and Speak Now tours, where castle-inspired stage designs featured prominently.
Boxes labelled "Garden Party" have also been spotted arriving at the venue, adding to speculation surrounding the ceremony's design and décor.
On Tuesday afternoon, a red carpet was briefly rolled out at the VIP entrance before being removed moments later. An employee reportedly told the publication that it had been intended for a "wedding" but had been put in place ahead of schedule.
Swift and Kelce are expected to marry at Madison Square Garden on Friday in a ceremony attended by family, friends and a number of high-profile guests.
Reported invitees include Karlie Kloss, Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, the Haim sisters, Suki Waterhouse, Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez.
Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are also reportedly set to perform, while Swift is expected to wear multiple outfits during the celebrations.
