Prime Video officially launched its inaugural Obsessed Fest in Los Angeles, bringing together the casts and creators behind several of its most popular young adult series and upcoming book adaptations.

The fan-focused event highlighted the streamer's growing investment in romance, coming-of-age stories and literary adaptations while offering exclusive previews, major announcements and cast appearances.

Held at nya Studios, Obsessed Fest featured stars from Off Campus, Every Year After, Elle, Maxton Hall, The Love Hypothesis and Overcompensating, alongside bestselling authors whose novels have inspired Prime Video projects.

According to Deadline, Overcompensating creator and star Benito Skinner opened the event before joining a panel discussing the comedy's upcoming second season. Cast members from Off Campus, Every Year After and Maxton Hall also participated in fan panels, meet-and-greets and Q&A sessions throughout the day.

Prime Video used the event to spotlight several major announcements, including the official renewal of Every Year After for Season 2, which will adapt Carley Fortune's sequel novel One Golden Summer. The streamer also showcased new footage from The Love Hypothesis, starring Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman, ahead of its September release.

Upcoming projects including Elle, Sterling Point, Clashing Through the Snow and The Devil's Mouth also received dedicated presentations, reinforcing Prime Video's strategy of building a connected slate of romance-driven adaptations.

The event concluded with surprise musical performances, including an appearance by Jennifer Lopez and an acoustic set from Canadian band The Beaches, further blending Prime Video's television, film and music brands into a single fan experience.
