'Love Island USA' Aftersun chaos: Unseen footage shows who the boys picked before the villa erupted

Love Island USA Season 8 gave viewers a closer look at the Casa Amor recoupling as Aftersun aired previously unseen footage showing the original boys making their final decisions before returning to the main villa.

The special episode featured exclusive scenes from Casa Amor that were not included in the main broadcast.

Host Tefi Pessoa introduced the segment by saying, “For the first time ever we are going to show you the moment the OG boys are deciding which Casa girls are going back with them to the villa before the recoupling.”

The footage showed each contestant explaining the reasoning behind his decision before facing the consequences back at the villa.

Bryce chose to return alone despite forming a connection with Sydney. Speaking before making his decision, he said, “I’m really nervous to make this decision and even go back and see like what Trinity thinks. So, obviously it puts me at like serious risk but I have such strong feelings for her that you know I really am willing to take the risk.”

Caleb decided to couple up with Jaiden after admitting he had initially kept his “guards up” during Casa Amor.

Corbin also chose a new partner, saying: “I found one person in particular that kind of made it easy. And the fact that we are so connected, so like-minded has made my decision easy as hell. I want to walk back in the villa with Parmida.”

KC selected Tierra after reflecting on previous relationships. “I feel like you should be with someone that makes you feel like you’re at peace, no stress and you can laugh,” he said, adding that he had developed a “strong connection” with her.

Zach opted to reunite with Kayda after concluding she was the person he wanted to pursue.

Sincere ultimately returned to the villa alone despite praising his connection with Amora. “A wise man once told me you know if you are going to go out, go out on your shield and die with your shield. And you know for that reason I will be returning to the villa alone,” he said.
