Tom Sandoval has spoken publicly as legal proceedings continue between him, his former girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father following competing restraining order requests.

Sandoval, 42, and Robinson, 33, returned separately to the Los Angeles-area home they had previously shared on Saturday, June 27, where police were present while each collected their personal belongings.

During footage obtained by TMZ, a woman believed to be Robinson was heard telling Sandoval, “I f***ing hate you. Just like all of your ex-girlfriends, nobody likes you.”

Speaking briefly to TMZ as he left the property, Sandoval addressed the situation, saying, “Victoria and her father were just issued an immediate move out order, a restraining order … The police are here to make sure [they leave].”

When asked whether he expected the dispute to be resolved that day, he replied, “No.”

Law enforcement sources told TMZ officers were at the property to maintain order and that no laws had been broken during the visit.

Sandoval filed for a domestic violence restraining order on June 24 against Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson. In court documents, he alleged they subjected him to verbal and physical abuse during an incident on June 3.

“I am seeking a restraining order against [Will] based on the verbal and physical abuse he has perpetrated against me,” Sandoval wrote. “I am afraid of [Will] and his daughter and request the Court’s protection.”

Sandoval further alleged that Robinson assaulted him during the confrontation and said police later arrested her. He added, “Ms. Robinson was arrested when it became clear that she had attacked me.”

The report also states Sandoval accused Robinson of tampering with his electronic devices and placing a GPS tracker on his vehicle.

Meanwhile, Will Robinson filed his own request for a restraining order against Sandoval on June 27, alleging he suffered multiple injuries during the incident.

A court declined to grant the request immediately, stating that it required “more information at a properly noticed hearing” before making a final decision.
