The confrontation reportedly took place around a fire pit before escalating inside the property.
The video shows Sandoval confronting Victoria during the dispute and asking, "Are you recording me right now?" Moments later, he appears to reach for her phone, prompting Will Robinson to intervene.
During the altercation, Sandoval is seen pushing Will, causing him to fall backwards into a fire pit. Will then gets up and follows Sandoval into the house, where the argument continues off camera.
The footage emerged after Sandoval was granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria and a separate order against her father.
According to court documents, Sandoval alleged he had been subjected to "verbal and physical abuse" by both Victoria and Will following a night out on June 3.
In his court declaration, Sandoval claimed Will initiated the physical confrontation.
"[Will] grabbed my arms and shoulders and wrapped his arms around me. Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall," Sandoval wrote. "[Will] was the first person to put his hands on me. At no point did I pursue [Will]."
He further alleged, "After he grabbed me, I retreated into the residence and locked myself in the spare bedroom to remove myself from the confrontation. While I was barricaded inside the spare room, [Will] followed me, threatened me and punched a large hole approximately 12 x 12 inches in the spare bedroom door, where I had taken shelter."
Sandoval also accused Victoria of striking him inside the room, alleging she "hit my face and temple area towards my hairline", leaving him with blurred vision and injuries.
Victoria was arrested after Sandoval contacted authorities and was later released on bond.
