Tom Sandoval has been granted a temporary restraining order against his former girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, following allegations of physical and verbal abuse detailed in court filings.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Sandoval filed for a domestic violence restraining order on June 25 after Robinson's arrest earlier this month.

The former Vanderpump Rules star stated that he and Robinson, who began dating in early 2024, ended their relationship around May or June 2026.

In the filing, Sandoval alleged that Robinson assaulted him during an argument at their Los Angeles home on June 3 after the pair returned from a night out.

He claimed Robinson struck him in the face and temple, causing blurred vision, bruising and bleeding from his ear and neck.

"The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur," Sandoval wrote. "I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck."

Sandoval also alleged that Robinson's father, J. Will Robinson, threatened him during the incident after he barricaded himself inside a spare bedroom.

"While I was barricaded inside the spare room, Mr. Robinson followed me, threatened me and punched a large hole approximately 12 x 12 inches in the spare bedroom door, where I had taken shelter," Sandoval alleged. "He then put his face in the hole in the door and smiled telling me he will 'f--k' me up, 'destroy' me and called me a 'motherf--ker.'"

According to the filings, Robinson was arrested on June 3 on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant before being released on $50,000 bail. Sandoval claimed he helped her family post the bond.

Sandoval further alleged that Robinson had physically and verbally abused him throughout their relationship, including punching him, throwing a Gatorade bottle at him, tracking him with an Apple AirTag, changing his phone and social media passwords, and deleting evidence from his phone. He also alleged that she repeatedly insulted him by calling him a “f---ing loser”, “idiot” and “moron”.

The filing states that Sandoval has been staying in hotels or with friends after leaving the home he shared with Robinson and her father. He alleged that attempts to collect his belongings had been met with intimidation and threats.

A temporary restraining order was also granted against J. Will Robinson. A hearing on both restraining orders is scheduled for July 16.
