GTA 6 fans spotted another apparent cast reveal after actor Brett Gipson briefly listed new role on his resume

A new Grand Theft Auto 6 casting detail may have surfaced online after an actor reportedly listed a role in Rockstar Games' upcoming title on his professional resume before the reference was later removed.

According to IGN, actor Brett Gipson, who is set to portray Sabretooth in Marvel’s Wolverine, updated his resume to include a supporting role in GTA 6. The listing reportedly identified his character as Ellis, although the mention has since been removed.

The discovery has attracted attention from GTA 6 fans, who have spent months analysing trailers and promotional material ahead of the game's scheduled release on November 19.

While Rockstar Games has officially introduced several major characters, Ellis has not been named in any published marketing material to date.

The reported resume update adds to a growing list of apparent GTA 6 casting details that have emerged through actors' resumes rather than official announcements from Rockstar.

According to reports, actors Katie Burke, Ignacio Navarro, Massi Furlan and Jim Santangeli have all previously revealed their involvement with the game through resume updates that were later edited or removed after being noticed by fans.

Little is currently known about Ellis or how the character may fit into GTA 6's storyline. Rockstar has already unveiled protagonists Jason and Lucia, along with supporting characters including Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez, Raul Bautista and Brian Heder.

There has been no official confirmation regarding whether Ellis appears in either of the game's trailers or how significant the role may be within the narrative.

Rockstar Games has traditionally kept casting information private until close to release, and in some cases until after launch. As a result, details about the full voice cast of GTA 6 remain largely unknown.
