Reckless Ben’s highly anticipated Bricks & Minifigs investigation Part 3 could potentially return to YouTube after a new court filing challenged the legal order that the creator says is preventing its release.

The YouTuber, whose real name is Benjamin Schneider, has been documenting the ongoing dispute involving Bricks & Minifigs, BAM Franchising, the Mansell family and former franchise operators connected to the company’s Salem, Oregon location.

The situation escalated after BAM Franchising Inc. and other plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against Schneider, Reckless Ben LLC and additional parties. A temporary restraining order was later issued, which Schneider claimed prevented him from publishing the next installment of his Bricks & Minifigs investigation.

In a video titled “My final message,” Schneider said Part 3 had already been completed but could not be uploaded due to the court order. He claimed releasing the video could expose him to serious legal consequences and impact a separate fundraising effort connected to the dispute.

The group argued that the order could impact individuals who are not defendants in the current lawsuit and claimed certain restrictions were too broad. They asked the court to narrow the language surrounding the removal of publications related to the private dispute.

If the court agrees to change the order, it could remove one of the major obstacles Schneider says is blocking the release of Bricks & Minifigs investigation Part 3.

However, the court has not yet made a decision, and the filing does not directly guarantee the video’s release. For now, fans will have to wait for further legal developments in the ongoing Bricks & Minifigs controversy.
