Seth Rogen has confirmed that he has no plans to work with James Franco again following sexual misconduct allegations that led to the end of their long-standing professional and personal relationship.

Rogen, who previously collaborated with Franco on films including Pineapple Express, This Is the End and The Interview, addressed the status of their relationship in a recent interview, stating that he has not been in contact with the actor for a significant period of time.

When asked about the impact of ending their friendship, Rogen said he was hesitant to go into detail due to the personal nature of the matter, noting that there is a difference between public discussion and private context.

He added that his position on the situation has remained unchanged since he last spoke about it publicly.

Rogen also addressed the future of any professional collaboration, stating clearly that there are no plans to work with Franco again. He confirmed, “I haven’t worked with him in a really long time, and I have no plans to.”

When asked whether they still communicate, Rogen said, “I haven’t talked to him in a long time, no.”

The comments come several years after allegations of sexual misconduct against Franco first emerged in 2018, leading to widespread industry scrutiny and the eventual breakdown of several professional relationships.

Franco has faced multiple accusations, including claims from former students of an acting school he co-founded, which resulted in a class-action lawsuit that was later settled in 2021.

Franco has since attempted to return to acting, though the allegations have continued to shape public discussion around his career.
