Fresh claims have surfaced in the ongoing controversy involving YouTuber Reckless Ben and the Bricks & Minifigs store in Eugene, Oregon, after a neighbouring business owner shared an account that some followers believe could support allegations previously raised online.

The claims emerged in a discussion on social media, where the owner of a salon located next to the Eugene Bricks & Minifigs store said she and one of her clients witnessed unusual activity outside the business on the night of November 22, 2024.

According to the post, the salon owner recently spoke again with the client, who reportedly confirmed what they both remembered seeing. The business owner said a U Haul truck was parked outside the store that evening, which stood out because deliveries to the shop had previously arrived through major freight companies.

The neighbour explained that loud noises coming from the adjoining wall caught her attention. She said the sounds appeared to be coming from the store’s storage area and prompted her to investigate.

According to her account, she saw Brandon and members of the store staff unloading the vehicle. At the time, she said she had no understanding of the wider situation and did not attach any significance to what she witnessed.

However, after following recent allegations and discussions surrounding the controversy, she wrote that she felt saddened by the developments.

Despite sharing her experience, the business owner strongly urged people not to direct anger towards employees at the store. She said she had worked beside the location for seven years and described the staff members as passionate Lego fans who had always treated her family kindly.

She added that she did not believe the employees necessarily understood the broader context of events being discussed online.
