Twitch streamer Nmplol, real name Nick Polom, has publicly addressed the conclusion of his divorce from Malena Tudi, confirming that the legal process cost him nearly $400,000 in fees and resulted in a court-ordered settlement.
In a 17-minute YouTube video posted on June 4, Polom confirmed that the court granted the divorce on the grounds of “insupportability,” a no-fault classification.
He said both parties agreed with the outcome. “That’s good,” Polom said. “That’s what I wanted, that’s what Malena wanted.”
According to court documentation shared in the video, the couple’s shared assets will be divided equally at 50/50. The only exception is Starforge Systems, which will be split 55% to Malena Tudi and 45% to Polom.
The court cited “the disproportionate share of those funds are warranted due to 1) disparity of earning power, 2) nature of the property involved in the division, and 3) waste.”
The ruling also denied Malena Tudi’s request for $5,000 monthly spousal support over five years. She had initially sought a 60/40 asset split, which was also rejected by the court.
Polom said he repeatedly attempted to reach a 50/50 agreement after the divorce filing was initiated in 2025. He stated that the legal proceedings ultimately cost more than $400,000 in total.
Speaking about the conclusion of the case, Polom said he was emotionally affected by the ruling. “I was like sobbing tears, you know, that it was finally over,” he said, adding that he had “literally broke down and cried” after the decision.
He also addressed online discussion surrounding the divorce, saying that “all” public theories were incorrect. Polom added that he holds no ill will toward Malena Tudi and her family and wished them well moving forward.
At the time of publication, Malena Tudi has not issued a public response regarding the court outcome or Polom’s statements.
