Influencer Clavicular broadcasts nose job surgery in viral livestream

Clavicular livestreamed his nose job surgery on Kick, drawing thousands of viewers and sparking social debate

Social media influencer Clavicular, born Braden Peters, has sparked widespread online debate after livestreaming his nose job surgery to thousands of viewers on the Kick platform.

The 20-year-old influencer broadcast the procedure on Wednesday, giving audiences a real-time view before and during his rhinoplasty operation. The stream reportedly attracted thousands of live viewers, with engagement peaking in the hours surrounding the surgery.

The procedure was carried out by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, widely known online as Dr. Miami, who has built a large following through documenting cosmetic surgeries on social media platforms.

Prior to the operation, Dr. Salzhauer was seen explaining the surgical approach, discussing facial symmetry and how minor adjustments would be made to bring the patient closer to widely accepted aesthetic proportions. He noted that no face is perfectly symmetrical and described the planned refinements as subtle changes to the nostrils.

Clavicular has gained attention in recent months for his involvement in the “looksmaxxing” community, a social media-driven trend focused on maximising physical appearance through lifestyle changes, grooming and cosmetic procedures. He has previously spoken about the concept in interviews, describing it as including everything from dieting to surgical enhancement.

The influencer has also faced public scrutiny following a suspected overdose earlier this year, adding further attention to his online activity and personal life.

The livestream has reignited discussion around the ethics of broadcasting medical procedures on social media, particularly when involving young influencers with large online audiences.

As of now, Clavicular has not released a detailed statement following the livestreamed surgery.
