50 Cent has publicly commented after online discussion intensified around reports of an explicit video allegedly involving his former partner Daphne Joy and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The rapper addressed the situation on X, where he disputed claims that Joy should be viewed as the victim in the controversy. Instead, he said his primary concern was for his son, Sire.
“She’s not a victim, SIRE is,” 50 Cent wrote. “Can you imagine going to eighth grade to find out this is your mom. The court system in LA thinks it’s fine.”
The comments came after reports circulated online regarding a video that was widely shared across social media platforms over the weekend.
According to the reports referenced in the original account, the footage is approximately 40 minutes long and allegedly involves Joy, Combs and other individuals.
The situation gained further attention after DJ Vlad of VladTV reportedly stated that the video was authentic and identified Combs, Joy and adult entertainer Sly Diggler as people featured in the recording.
Reports also linked the footage to claims previously made by Diggler during a 2025 interview with VladTV. During that interview, Diggler discussed encounters that he said involved Combs, Joy and himself.
According to the account, Diggler alleged that the encounter had been organised by Combs and described it as part of an effort directed against 50 Cent.
At the time of the comments, 50 Cent’s public response centred on Sire, whom he described as the person most affected by the controversy rather than the adults involved in the reports.
