Reports surrounding Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun’s relationship have prompted discussion after claims suggesting the former music manager is privately uncomfortable with the actress’s explicit scenes in Euphoria despite publicly supporting her career.

According to RadarOnline, Braun has found the ongoing attention surrounding Sweeney’s scenes in the HBO series difficult to navigate.

One source told the outlet, “Scooter is trying to be supportive publicly, but privately some of the scenes absolutely make him uncomfortable.”

The source added, “He comes from a very image-conscious world, and watching the woman he is dating become the center of these explicit conversations has not been easy for him.”

Another source quoted in the report said, “There is a difference between respecting someone’s craft and genuinely loving every aspect of what they are doing onscreen. Scooter understands Euphoria is huge for Sydney’s career, but friends think some boundaries are being tested.”

The reported concerns follow increased online discussion surrounding Sweeney’s role as Cassie in Euphoria Season 3, which premiered on April 12.

According to insiders, the attention surrounding the actress’s scenes has generated constant viral discussions and headlines online. One source claimed, “The attention around her has become relentless.”

However, separate claims published earlier presented a different perspective on the relationship dynamic. A source reported that Sweeney and Braun’s relationship remains “very secure” and said there is a “strong level of trust between them.”

The same source added, “Scooter has absolutely no issue with Sydney’s more provocative scenes in Euphoria or any of the work she does as an actress. He fully understands that it’s part of her job and respects how dedicated she is to her craft.”
