Tennis: Poor attendance mars event

Despite their commitment to participate in the tournament, several players failed to show up.

Only two matches were decided on day one of the Fourth Subhe Nau Ranking Tennis Championship due to poor attendance of players at CDGK Sports Complex Tennis Courts. Despite their commitment to participate in the tournament, several players failed to show up and did not inform management about their unavailability. Meanwhile, in the two girls’ under-17 matches that did take place, Neha Khan defeated Wania Khan 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) and Hania Khan defeated Uroosa Ahmed in 6-1, 6-0. Matches of men’s singles, boys’ U-17 and ladies’ Singles will take place today.
